Q. What payment methods can I use?
  • BlackishGear's online store accepts the following payment methods:

    ·credit card
    You can use four types: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
    We also support Google Pay and Apple Pay.

    If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal.

    ・Deferred payment (Payday)
    You can easily make payments with just your email address and mobile phone number, no credit card required.
    Multiple payments can be combined and paid on the 10th of the following month.
    If you wish to pay by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please use " pay later" .

    ・LINE Pay
    You can pay with the smartphone payment app LINE Pay.

Q. Can I pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or convenience store payment?
  • We are sorry, but cash on delivery, bank transfer, and convenience store payment are not supported on this site.

    However, if you pay later, you can pay by bank transfer or at a convenience store on the 10th of the month following your order.

Q.Is it possible to pay in installments?
  • *This site does not currently support payment in installments.
    If you would like to pay in installments, please use pay- in-payment in three installments, or make a lump sum payment by credit card and then contact your credit card company to request payment in installments.
Q. Do you charge for shipping?
  • Shipping is free of charge within Japan, except for some areas. (Excluding Okinawa and overseas)

    *For shipping to Okinawa and overseas, the shipping fee varies depending on the product, so please check the shipping fee at checkout.
    *Prices are subject to change due to the circumstances of the delivery company.
Q. When will the products arrive?
  • If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after confirming payment for the product (excluding Okinawa, remote islands, and overseas).

    In the case of pre-order items, we will ship them after the item arrives.

    *At the time of shipment, we will send a shipping notification and product tracking number to your email address, so you can check the delivery status.
Q. What happens if I purchase an in-stock item and a reserved item?
  • Please note that if you purchase an in-stock item and a reserved item at once, it will be shipped as soon as all the items are available.
    If you would like to have the items in stock shipped, please place a separate order.
Q.Where is the shipping company?
  • We will deliver by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
    *Please note that it is not possible to specify.
Q. I could not receive the item because I was absent.
  • After the product has been shipped, if it is not possible to receive it and the storage period of the courier company has passed, the product will be returned to the warehouse.
    The storage period is one week including the first delivery date.

    Please contact us if you would like to have the item redelivered after it has been returned.

Q. Can I change the shipping address?

Q. I want to cancel my order
  • In the case of regular products that are in stock, we generally do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

    However, if the delivered product is defective or a product different from the ordered product is delivered, a refund or exchange is possible within 30 days after the product arrives.
    (Our shop will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.)

    *Please note that we may not be able to respond depending on the content.
  • In the case of reserved products, 10% of the total product price will be charged as a cancellation fee for cancellations due to customer convenience.
    In the event of cancellation due to our circumstances, we will refund the full amount.

Q. When will I receive the refund after cancellation?
  • Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 5 business days after the returned item arrives. (For reserved items, within 5 business days after request)
    The refund method will be specified by our store and cannot be selected by the customer.

    *In principle, the refund process will be completed within 5 business days, but the refund time will differ depending on the payment method. If you would like to know more about the timing of refunds, please contact the company that uses your payment method.

Q. Do you sell exclusive trivets?
  • Currently, we do not plan to sell exclusive trivets.
Q. Do you have any recommended trivets?
  • The representative uses Evernew's Titanium Gotoku TriveTi.

Q. Can I use it for the Trangia Storm Cooker?
  • I don't understand because there is no usage example,
    Trangia alcohol stove measures 7.5cm x 4.5cm
    The size of the black alcohol stove is 7cm x 5cm

Q.Does it come with a skirt?
  • Production with a skirt has been decided.
    The tent you will receive will come with a skirt.
    ※The winding function is not included.
Q. Do you have a ventilator?
  • Ventilator is not included.
    When using a wood stove, etc., we ask that you provide sufficient ventilation and only use it if it can be managed using a carbon monoxide checker.
Q. Is the zipper part a double zip?
  • This product is a single zip.
Q. Is the front curtain of the extended tarp removable?
  • It cannot be removed.
    When you don't need it, you can wind it up and use it.
    (Wind up and used even when fully closed)
Q. Can the inner tent be installed on the side of the pole?
  • The distance (size) from the pole to the side fastener is about 85cm to 90cm, and the width is about 320 to 330cm, so it is a size that can be set up with a thin solo inner tent.
Q. Can the back of the tent be opened and closed?
  • The back cannot be opened and closed.
    Only the front and both sides can be opened and closed.
Q. What is the material of the attached pole?
  • The pole is made of steel.
    High-strength steel is used to withstand the weight of the curtain body made of TC material.
Q. How big is the chimney hole?
  • The diameter of the chimney hole is about 9.5 cm.


Q. How many centimeters is the height to the seat surface?
  • The height to the seat surface is about 38 cm.
Q. Do you have any plans to sell custom parts?
  • There are currently no plans to sell custom parts or replacement parts.
Q. Can I use custom parts for the Kermit chair?
  • It is not produced considering compatibility with the Kermit chair. Please make a decision while matching the size of each part and the chair.
Q. Are the seat and back cloth removable?
  • The fabric on the seat and back is designed so that it cannot be easily removed. (Disassembling and removing is not recommended)
