Q. What payment methods can I use?
  • BlackishGear's online store accepts the following payment methods:

    ・Credit card
    We accept four types of cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
    We also support Google Pay and Apple Pay.

    ・PayPal
    If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal.

    ・Pay later (Payday)
    No credit card is required, you can simply pay with your email address and mobile phone number.
    Multiple payments can be combined and paid on the 10th of the following month.
    If you wish to pay by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please use " Pay Later (Payday) ".

    ・LINE Pay
    You can pay using the smartphone payment app LINE Pay.

    ・PayPay
    You can pay using the smartphone payment app PayPay.
Q. Can I pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or convenience store payment?
  • We are sorry, but we do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers or convenience store payments on this site.

    However, if you choose Pay Later (Payday), you can pay by bank transfer or at a convenience store on the 10th of the month following your order.

Q. Can I pay in installments?
  • *This site does not currently support installment payments.
    If you wish to pay in installments, please use Paypal's three-month deferred payment option, or pay in full with your credit card and then contact your credit card company to let them know you wish to pay in installments.
Q. Is there a shipping charge?
  • Shipping is free throughout Japan, with some exceptions (excluding Okinawa and overseas).

    *Shipping fees to Okinawa and overseas vary depending on the product, so please check the shipping fee at checkout.
    *Prices may change depending on the shipping company's circumstances.
Q. When will the product arrive?
  • For items in stock, we will ship within 1-4 business days after confirming payment (excluding Okinawa, remote islands, and overseas).

    For pre-order items, we will ship them once they are in stock.
    Please see each product page for estimated shipping times.

    *When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping notification and a tracking number to your email address so you can check the delivery status.
Q. What happens if I purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order item?
  • Please note that if you purchase in-stock items and pre-order items together, your order will be shipped once all items are available.
    If you would like to have items shipped from stock, please place separate orders.
Q. Who is the delivery company?
  • Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
    *Please note that we cannot accept any specifications.
Q. I was not at home and could not receive the item.
  • If you are unable to collect your item after it has been shipped and the delivery company's storage period has expired, the item will be returned to the warehouse.
    The storage period is one week, including the first delivery date.

    If you would like to have your item re-shipped after it has been returned, please contact us.
    *Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-delivery.
Q. I haven't received any emails from BlackishGear, such as order confirmations.
  • Emails from BlackishGear may be automatically deleted as spam or may end up in your spam box. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.
    If you are unable to confirm the above, please set up your email client to receive emails from info@blackishgear.com.
Q. Can I change the registered email address?
  • If you would like to change your registered email address, please contact us with the following information:

    ・Name ・Order number (number marked with #XXX)
    ・Email address before change ・Email address after change

    *If you use a mobile carrier email address, the email may be automatically deleted as spam or may end up in the spam box. Please use a free email address such as gmail.com or yahoo.co.jp.
Q. Can I change the delivery address?
  • If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us with the following information:

    ・Name ・Order number (number marked with #XXX)
    ・Email address ・Changed shipping address ・Changed shipping address

    *We are unable to change the address once the item has been shipped. Please check the tracking number provided by email and contact the courier directly.
Q. I want to cancel my order.
  • In the case of regular products that are in stock, we do not generally accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

    However, if the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we can only refund or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the product.
    (Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by our store.)

    *Please note that we may not be able to respond depending on the content of your inquiry.
  • For pre-ordered items, if you cancel for your own reasons, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total product amount.
    If the tour is cancelled due to our reasons, we will refund the full amount.

    *Please note that cancellations are possible only during the pre-order period, and cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with the following information:

    ・Email address ・Details of the changes you want to make

    *For cancellations and returns, please check the refund policy before contacting us.
Q. When will I receive my refund after cancellation?
  • We will refund your payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product (for pre-ordered items, we will refund you within 5 business days of receiving your request).
    The refund method will be determined by our store and cannot be chosen by the customer.

    *Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days, but the timing may vary depending on the payment method. If you would like more information on refund timing, please contact the company that handles your payment method.

Q. Are dedicated trivets available for sale?
  • Currently, we do not plan to sell a dedicated trivet.
Q. Are there any trivets you would recommend?
  • The representative uses Evernew's titanium trivet TriveTi.

Q. Can this be used with a Trangia Storm Cooker?
  • I don't know because there is no example of use,
    The Trangia alcohol stove measures 7.5cm x 4.5cm
    The size of the black alcohol stove is 7cm x 5cm

Q. Does it come with a skirt?
  • It has been decided that this item will be produced with a skirt.
    The tent you will receive will come with a skirt.

Q. Is there a ventilator?
  • There is no ventilator.
    When using wood stoves, please ensure adequate ventilation and use a carbon monoxide detector or similar device only if you can control the use of such devices.
Q. Is the zipper double-zip?
  • This product has a single zipper.
Q. Can the front curtain of the extended tarp be removed?
  • It cannot be removed.
    When you no longer need it, you can roll it up and use it.
    (Use by winding it up even when fully closed)
Q. Can I set up an inner tent on the side of the pole?
  • The distance (size) from the pole to the side zipper is approximately 85cm to 90cm, and the width is approximately 320cm to 330cm, so it is large enough to set up a narrow solo inner tent.
Q. Can the back of the tent be opened or closed?
  • The back cannot be opened or closed.
    Only the front and both sides can be opened and closed.
Q. What material are the included poles made of?
  • The pole is made of steel.
    High-strength steel is used to withstand the weight of the TC material tent body.
Q. How big is the chimney hole?
  • The diameter of the chimney hole is approximately 9.5 cm.

  • The height to the seat is approximately 38cm.
Q. Are there any plans to sell custom parts?
  • We currently do not have any plans to sell custom or replacement parts.
Q. Can I use custom parts for the Kermit Chair?
  • This product is not designed to be compatible with the Kermit Chair. Please make your decision based on the size of each part and the chair.
Q. Can the fabric on the seat and back be removed?
  • The fabric on the seat and back cannot be easily removed. (We do not recommend disassembling the chair to remove it.)
