配送料は日本国内一律送料無料です。(沖縄・海外を除く)

・再配送

商品を発送後、お受け取りが出来ずに宅配業者の保管期間を過ぎた場合は、倉庫に商品が返送されます。

返品・交換について

【キャンセル・返品・交換について】

1.商品到着後30日以内に、お届けした商品に不具合がある場合や、ご注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合にのみ返品または交換が可能です。
（返品・交換に関する送料は当店が負担いたします）

2.予約販売期間のキャンセルについてはキャンセル手数料として商品総額の10％を申し受けます。

3.下記については原則キャンセル、返品、交換をお受けすることができません。

・商品到着後31日以上経過している場合

・アウトレット品を購入した場合

・付属品のみの不良の場合

・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じたと思われる場合

・ご使用済み、またはパッケージや付属品がない場合

・その他、お客様都合にてキャンセル、返品、交換をご希望されている場合

4.有料保証サービス「proteger」に加入すると最大で1年～2年の保証が受けられます。

The result was the long-awaited BLACK WOOD TABLE.

Make Together is the concept of creating products together.
