We have started offering "proteger," a paid warranty service that can be joined when purchasing eligible BlackishGear products.
Until now, we have offered a 30-day guarantee against initial defects, but we have received feedback from customers saying they were worried about malfunctions after long-term use, so we have decided to introduce a paid warranty service!
This allows you to purchase and use the product with peace of mind.
■ If a defect occurs, a free replacement is possible
If a defect occurs in the product during the warranty period after subscribing to the paid warranty service, we will replace it with a new product free of charge.
*If a replacement is not available, we will provide a refund.

*The paid warranty service "proteger" is a service provided by Kiva Inc.
■ Simply add the product and warranty plan to your cart and purchase them together to join.
Joining the paid warranty service "proteger" is easy.
Select "1-year warranty" or "2-year warranty" displayed above the purchase button on the product page, add it to your cart along with the product, and purchase to complete your subscription.
*Warranty options will not be displayed for products that are not eligible for the paid warranty service.
When you purchase the paid warranty service, you will receive an email from Proteger containing a "warranty number."
The "warranty number" will be required when claiming warranty coverage, so please keep it in a safe place.
*To join the paid warranty service, you must purchase the product at the same time as the product, or within 60 days of receiving the paid warranty service information email after purchasing the product.
■ You can easily apply for a warranty 24 hours a day via chat.
