You can receive up to 2 years of warranty coverage by purchasing the "proteger" paid warranty service when buying eligible BlackishGear products.

Manufacturer's warranty (initial defects) 30 days + "proteger" paid warranty service for 1 or 2 years

If a defect occurs in an eligible product during the warranty period after enrolling in the paid warranty service, we will replace it with a substitute at no charge.
*If a substitute is unavailable, we will provide a refund instead.

■Enrollment is easy: just add the product and warranty plan to your cart and purchase them together
Joining the "proteger" paid warranty service is simple.
Select "1-Year Warranty" or "2-Year Warranty" displayed above the purchase button on the product page, and add it to your cart along with the product to complete your enrollment.

*Warranty options will not be displayed for products that are not eligible for the paid warranty service.

Once you purchase the paid warranty service, you will receive an email from proteger containing your "Warranty Number."
Please keep this "Warranty Number" in a safe place, as it will be required when making a claim.

【Payment & Shipping】

You can pay for your order at the BlackishGear online store using the following methods.

・Credit Card

We accept four types of cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
Google Pay and Apple Pay are also supported.

・PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can make payments through PayPal.

・Amazon Pay
You can pay using the credit card registered to your Amazon account or your Amazon Gift Card balance.

・Pay Later (Paidy)
You can easily pay using only your email address and mobile phone number; no credit card is required.
You can combine multiple payments and pay by the 10th of the following month.
If you prefer bank transfer or convenience store payment, please use "Pay Later (Paidy)".

・Atokara (Post-pay)
Atokara is a payment service managed jointly by GMO Payment Service, Inc. and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Company, Limited, allowing you to settle your payments in a lump sum the month after use.

You will receive a payment request notification from GMO Payment Service, Inc. via email and SMS around the 3rd of the month following your purchase.
Please check the details of your request and make the payment by the deadline indicated below.

Convenience store payment: By the 10th of the month (Payment fee: 350 yen per transaction)
Bank transfer: By the 10th of the month (Payment fee: Free)
*The customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees.
Account debit: Deducted on the 27th of the month (or the next business day if the 27th is a bank holiday) (Payment fee: Free)
*Account debit requires prior registration.

・Shipping Method

Shipping is free of charge nationwide within Japan. (Excluding Okinawa and international locations)

For shipments to Okinawa or outside of Japan, fees vary depending on the product, so please confirm the shipping cost at checkout.
*Fees may be revised due to changes in carrier policies.

For items in stock, we will ship them within 1 to 4 days after confirming receipt of payment (excluding Okinawa, remote islands, and international locations).

For pre-order items, we will ship after the product arrives in stock. Please check the individual product details page for the estimated shipping timeframe.

*Please note that if you purchase items in stock together with pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once everything is in stock. If you wish to receive items currently in stock sooner, please place separate orders.

We will send a shipping notification and a tracking number to your email address at the time of shipment so you can monitor your delivery status.

Orders are shipped via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

・Redelivery

If a product is returned to our warehouse because it could not be received and the courier's storage period has expired, it will be sent back to us.
The storage period is one week, including the initial delivery date.

Please contact us if you would like to request redelivery after the item has been returned.
*Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for redelivery.

【Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges】

1. Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product received is defective or if you received an item different from what you ordered, provided the request is made within 30 days of arrival.
(The store will cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges.)
*Please note that we may be unable to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.

2. For cancellations during the pre-order period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total product price will be charged.

3. In principle, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:

・More than 31 days have passed since the product arrived

・The item purchased was an outlet product

・Only accessories are defective

・Damage or stains appear to have occurred while in the customer's possession

・The product has been used, or packaging/accessories are missing

・Other requests for cancellation, return, or exchange based on customer convenience

4. By enrolling in the paid warranty service "proteger," you can receive coverage for up to 1 to 2 years.
If a defect occurs in a covered product during the warranty period, we will replace it with a substitute at no extra cost.

【Refunds】

1. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned product arrives, according to the original payment method.

2. Refund methods are determined by our store, and customers cannot select their preferred method.
