Notes of chai rise from the roasted base, followed by a quiet, lasting finish. A glass you’ll want to savor as its character evolves with every sip.

02 / COLD BREW BLACK MALT
Deepening the black with cold brew.
The Chocolate Malt and Black Malt are soaked in water from the day before for a cold-brew extraction.
This preserves the deep color and roasted complexity while minimizing harsh charred or bitter notes.
We layered in multiple malts, oats, wheat, and lactose to create a sweet, full-bodied profile. It was brewed to offer a striking black appearance alongside a smooth, drinkable mouthfeel.
03 / SLOW MOMENTS
For an after-meal treat.
For a quiet night.
Recommended serving temperature is 8–12°C. Pour into a glass and slowly take in the layers of roasted notes and spices.
Enjoy it paired with brownies, chocolate cake, or dried fruits. It also pairs wonderfully with aged cheese or nuts to complement its sweetness and nuttiness.
Please keep refrigerated. Note that ideal serving temperature differs from storage temperature.
